If you join the Northern Dragons the majority of how your guild rank is decided upon is by level - which at
the moment until the guild bank is FULLY open is fairly irrelevant unless you are an exulted or leadership
rank.
We level currently based on a 15 level benchmark as follows:
Rank: Level or How
Dragon Egg : Lvl 0-15
Dragon Hatchling : Lvl 16-30
Dragon Grunt : Lvl 31-45
Dragon Guard : Lvl 46-60
Dragon Elite : Lvl 60-70
Dragon Noble : Lvl 70+
Dragon Hero : Through Remarkable Service
Dragon Lord : Through Exceptional Service
Dragon Councillor : By Vote Or Appointment
Dragon King: N/A
As I said there are a few levels that are not based on levelling, these levels are instead based on (a) Your
contribution to the Guild and (b) Vote by officers these ranks as listed above are as follows:
Dragon Hero: This rank is gained through remarkable service. This means that if you help others by either
providing supplies or by helping run instances, or aiding on quests on a certain basis.
Responsibilities: Aide in keeping guild in-line & discouraging unwanted behaviour, low access to guild bank
(may withdraw up to 10 items) for guild usage.
Dragon Lord: This rank is gained in the same-way as a Dragon Hero, it just means that you have been
either doin more of the above, or one of the Guild Council has placed enough trust in you that you are now
able to act as an agent of the Guild Council to a certain capacity.
Responsibilities: Aide in keeping guild in-line & discouraging unwanted behaviour, mid access to guild bank
(may withdraw up to 100 items per day) for guild usage.
Dragon Councillor: This rank is not earned it is appointed. The main councillors are appointed by the
Dragon King. As the Guild expands and there becomes a need for more councillors these will also be
appointed by the Dragon King - with consultation of existing councillors.
Responsibilities: Aide in keeping guild in-line & discouraging unwanted behaviour, high access to guild
bank (may withdraw up to 100 items and or 100 gold per day) for guild usage, dispute settlement and
"council decisions"
Dragon King: The final stop in guild heirachy.
Responsibilities: Aide in keeping guild in-line & discouraging unwanted behaviour, unlimited access to guild
bank for guild usage, dispute settlement and "council decisions".
Please remeber that while the opinions of everyone are appreciated, the Guild Council or the "King" have the
final say - on any matter from fighting over loot items, to whether someone deserves to be expelled from the
guild. While the Guild Leader may over-rule the council the chances of this are extremely thin. So remember
- you are joining a friendly autocracy!
